I am making recipes from
Anna Getty’s Easy Green
Organic cookbook

week I made the roasted
asparagus.

The asparagus is gorgeous
this time of year and this
is a great way to prepare
it: oven-roasted with a
glaze of oil and balsamic
vinegar,

and served with shaved
parmesan over top.
